Definition of Antibiotic

Anti: a prefix meaning “against,” “opposite of,” used in the formation of compound words

Biotic: “of life” (Greek)

The word antibiotic means “against life”.

Modern medical definitions often equate “antibiotic” with “antibacterial” and follow by asserting that antibiotics are not effective against viruses. However the modern idea of antibiotics clearly incorporates the killing of life.

The technique of killing disease and hoping the host doesn’t take too much damage is the pinnacle of modern western medicine. Unfortunately, almost all popular antibiotics also damage humans.

If you want a non-toxic antibiotic, try Medicinal Silver, it is also effective against viruses.
